How can we experience our bodies as a home?

In this 4 week course  (each session 1.15 HR) we will be learning the foundation of mindfulness practice: to come back to our direct experience, befriending our body and thus creating an inner space of awareness of the here and now. Through meditation, breath work and other exercises, we will deepen our ability to slow down, to turn our attention inwards, to listen to our bodies and witness our sensation, feelings and thoughts with curiosity kindness and acceptance of what is happening in ourselves in a welcoming non-judging way.

About the teacher:
Michaella Benvenisti: an interdisciplinary therapist. BA (far east studies/ philosophy), B.S.W (Social Work) Shiatsu therapy, Buddhist-Toaist psychotherapy training, Butoh, Yoga teacher (200 hour), MBSR (Mindfulness Stress Reduction) TTR1 . Have been practicing mindfulness through different disciplines for the last 15 years.
